EastCoast Entertainment, Inc. (“ECE” or “us” or “we” or “our”) owns and operates the ecetouring.com website (“Site”). The following statement explains our policy regarding ECE’s privacy practices, the personally identifiable information we collect about you when you use the Site, and what we do with that information (“Policy”).

This Policy covers only the Site identified above, and does not apply to information which you may send to us by other means. Other ECE sites and other online locations may have their own privacy policies, and you should consult those accordingly.

POLICY CHANGES

ECE may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are made to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If any changes are unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Site.

If any changes to this Policy affect how ECE treats or handles personally identifiable information you have already provided to us or that has otherwise been collected by ECE, we will notify you by email
(if ECE has a valid email address to use) and give you thirty (30) days to opt-in to the changes as they pertain to your information. If you do not opt-in, your information will continue to be used in a manner that is consistent with the version of this Policy under which it was collected, or the information will be deleted.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

You can generally visit the Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is generally defined as information that may be able to identify you or that may be used to get access to your account including, but not limited to, name, email address, mailing address or other physical address, telephone number, age, photograph, office address and other business information, etc.

From time to time, there are areas on the Site where you will be asked to submit PII about yourself, or where such PII or other information may be collected from you in an automated manner in order to receive or use services on our Site. For example, PII (and other related information) such as name, mailing and/or shipping addresses, telephone number, and email address may be collected from you when you:

- request to book an event through the Site;
- inquire about becoming an ECE artist or performer; - complete our wedding questionnaire;
- register for ECE events or meetings; and/or
- contact ECE with questions or comments.

When you supply any PII to this Site, we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use those data. We must collect PII fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it (through this Policy and through notices on particular web pages that let you know why we are requesting the PII) and tell you if we want to pass the PII on to anyone else. In general, any PII you provide to ECE will only be used within ECE and by its agents and service providers including, but not limited to, ECE’s artists, bands and other performers.

ECE may use your PII and other information to:

- secure and provide ongoing technical support related to your use of the Site;
- contact you if there are issues with content that you uploaded or posted on or through the Site; - schedule and administer meetings and events;
- decide whether to add you to ECE’s talent roster;
- send you marketing communications regarding ECE’s talent and events;
- process your responses to our wedding questionnaire;
- maintain proper business records and other relevant records;
- respond to questions or comments;
- communicate with you regarding additional uses of your PII beyond the scope of this list;
- deliver services through the Site;
- improve the content and general administration of the Site;
- perform internal operations related to the Site (e.g., fraud prevention);
- troubleshoot software issues and operational problems with the Site;
- conduct data analysis and testing; and/or
- monitor usage of the Site.

By providing your PII, you enable ECE and its service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such PII, we will treat that information in accordance with this Policy. When using your PII, ECE will act in compliance with applicable law.

During the course of any visit to the Site, the pages you see, along with a short text file called a ”cookie,” are downloaded to your computer. Many websites do this, because cookies enable website publishers to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the website before. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit. Information supplied by cookies can help us to provide you with a better online user experience and assist us to analyze the profile of our visitors. ECE uses cookies on the Site to help it improve the services to its users.

Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept all cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. If you choose not to receive cookies at any time, that means certain personalized services cannot then be provided so you may not be able to take full advantage of all of the features on the Site. ECE uses Google Analytics to track aggregate data about how people use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, and what pages they visit when they do so. ECE uses this information to measure the performance of the Site and improve your overall experience on the Site. ECE also uses Google Adwords to evaluate the success of our online marketing efforts, and Google Adwords may track your behavior across your mobile phone, tablet, desktop computer and other connected devices as part of that service. ECE uses Hotjar to anonymously monitor your interaction with the Site. No PII is exchanged with Hotjar through this tool. Additional information on Hotjar’s privacy practices is available here: https://www. hotjar.com/privacy.

By providing to ECE the PII and other information referenced above, you agree that ECE may use the PII and other information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

Except as noted herein, ECE does not sell or share your PII with any person or entity outside of ECE. ECE may share certain portions of PII and other information with its vendors and service providers in order to make the Site function properly and so ECE can provide the services you request through the Site. This may include sharing your information with:

- ECE’s artists, bands and other performers so they can provide the services you book through the Site; and/or
- our email platform, ExactTarget, to send communications to you (more on ExactTarget’s handling of your information can be found here).

ECE will disclose your PII or other information if it reasonably believes it is required to do so by law or in cooperation with a governmental or law enforcement investigation. ECE may also share PII or other information in order to avoid imminent physical harm to any person or damage to any ECE property.

ECE may share your PII and other information with a third party if ECE’s ownership status changes, such as if ECE is acquired or acquires another entity.

Other than what is referenced above, the PII and other information collected from you is not shared with nor sold to any person or entity outside of ECE.

REVIEW OF COLLECTED PII/OTHER CHOICES

If you would like to review, edit or delete any of the PII that ECE has collected from you, or wish ECE to cease using your PII in the manners specified in this Policy, please contact ECE at marketing@bookece.com. ECE will do its best to accommodate your request, but ECE cannot guarantee it can remove all PII from the specified uses. Therefore, please be as specific as possible in your request. If the request relates to information that ECE needs to make the Site function properly for you, you may not be able to use the Site properly moving forward.

ECE reserves the right to maintain proper business records as required by law, or for otherwise legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law, even if such records contain your PII.
If you would like to opt out of receiving further promotional emails from ECE, please follow the opt-out instructions at the bottom of such emails or send ECE a detailed email at marketing@bookece.com. ECE does not knowingly collect any information from minors, nor are the Sites directed at or intended for minors. If a minor uploads/posts information to the Sites that is publicly available, and the minor subsequently wants that same information deleted, the minor has a right to request that said information be removed from public viewing. Please email ECE at marketing@bookece.com to make such a request. Any removal of content by ECE does not ensure or guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of the content in all places. The content may have been shared or reposted by other parties, or federal or state law may require maintenance of the content or information.

RESPONSE TO “DO NOT TRACK” REQUESTS

ECE does not recognize or process “do not track” or similar technical requests.

Third parties that may directly collect information through the Site may respond differently than ECE to “do not track” requests, so you should consult the applicable privacy policies of those third parties for that information.

DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

ECE uses, implements and maintains industry standard physical, technological and procedural safeguards and security measures that comply with federal regulations and are reasonably designed to help guard your non-public PII from loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure both in storage/rest and in transmission. For example, the Site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to help prevent unauthorized access to PII that is transmitted on or through the Site.

While ECE takes the issue of protecting your PII seriously, you should exercise discretion in what information you disclose and/or transmit on or through the Site. ECE cannot guarantee that information sent over the Internet is fully secure, and therefore the transmitted information may be intercepted by others before it reaches ECE. If you are concerned about sending information to ECE over the Internet, please send the information by mail or call us to make other arrangements. ECE is not responsible for the security of information sent over the Internet.

ECE retains collected information for a reasonable amount of time in order to fulfill the stated purpose for why the information was collected. ECE will also retain collected information connected to business records for periods of time required by law. If ECE determines that collected information is no longer needed, it will delete such information. Our collection times will be consistent with applicable law. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older located in the United States.
The Site is not directed at, marketed to, nor intended for, children under 13 years of age. ECE does not knowingly collect any information, including PII, from children under 13 years of age. If ECE learns that any information was provided on or through the Site by a person younger than 13 years of age, ECE will delete the information immediately.

ECE will not use a minor’s PII to market or advertise certain products or services deemed harmful to children. ECE also will not disclose any minor’s PII if it has actual knowledge that the minor’s PII will be used for the purpose of marketing or advertising the harmful products or services.

NON-U.S. CONCERNS

The Site is meant for individuals within the United States. ECE only knowingly collects information from individuals within the United States. If you provide information to ECE from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk. If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding the use of the Site, and any related data collection. You also agree and acknowledge that by providing any information, including PII, through the Site, that such information will be transmitted to, and stored in, the United States.

EXTERNAL LINKS

The Site may contain links to external sites, including those embedded in third party advertisements or sponsor information, that are not controlled by ECE. ECE is not responsible for the privacy practices and data collection policies of such third party sites. You should consult the privacy policies of those sites for details.

ECE may also allow interaction between the Site and social media providers such as Facebook, Instagram or other social media providers. This may include the “Like” button or other plugins available through the Site that allow you to share information with persons outside of the Site. Please consult the privacy policies of those third party providers before using them to make sure you are comfortable with the level of sharing.
